Dharamsala, March 5 - In a latest development here in the Central Tibetan Administration, there has been a reshuffle in the portfolios of the 12th Kashag. As per the provision given under clause 2 of the article 29 of the Tibetan charter, His Holiness the Dalai Lama has approved the reshuffle which will be effective from today. This was announced through a circular issued today by the Kashag Secretariat.
