WHAT:
It is a sacred Tibetan Buddhist tantric ceremony that through the ritual of chanting and burning of special substances (herbs, incense, seeds, dried fruit, nuts, chocolate) invokes the blessings of all holy and enlightened beings bringing about purification, removal of obstacles and healing to all levels of existence. It restores harmony and peace. It has deep effect on world Peace.
This Smoke Offering is done in honor of life activities and World Peace mission of His Eminence Khempo Yurmed Tinly Rinpoche (1950 - 2005) who throughout his life performed numerous ritual Smoke Offerings and meditations for World Peace.
The ritual will be performed by a Nyingma monk of Dzogchen lineage, Lama Chimi Gombo.
YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WONDERFUL CEREMONY.
Bring a drum if you have one. If you wish to bring herbs and food for the offering and Tsog, please remember that those items should be purchased with this specific purpose in mind and should not be opened prior to the ceremony.
The participation is FREE. Donation to the lama is welcome.
