Nhamseling Manor

               Nhamseling Manor

Founded during the reign of “Phadru” Dynasty between the 16th and 17th century, Nhamseling Manor is the earliest multi-storied construction as well one of the earliest manors in Tibet. The manor, possessed a seven - storied main hall and attached with many sub-constructions, stretched wide in dimension. The big expansion cost over ten years to finish. As a result, its accomplishment not only fully demonstrated the architectural skill of Tibetan people on manor building but also showed itself a witness and a mark of the early feudal serfdom social system in Tibet.
